To ensure your membership journey is as enjoyable and seamless as possible, please review the following

terms and conditions. These guidelines will help you make the most of your membership and clarify your rights and responsibilities as a member of our hotel family.

  • Room reservation is a must.

  • Benefits cannot be used for purchasing/transferring cash.

  • One (1) person only one (1) card. 

  • Benefits are only available and applied by the card owner.

  • The membership card is not transferable. 

  • The benefits of a member cannot combine with other promotions/ discounts such as senior citizen discounts.

  • You may use it anytime except during holidays.

  • One-time use of perks at a time. 

  • The benefits would be changed eventually without notifying. However, the owner will get updates and changes through our websites, news, and other forms and communications channels.

  • One-year validity from the date you purchased.

  • Hotel reservations must be booked directly to 0956-886-4141, not applicable to online bookings subject to date and room availability.

  • Lost or stolen cards shall not be replaced
